Nautical Fair Porto Rotondo 2024: An Unmissable Event for Sea Enthusiasts

From 1 to 5 May 2024, Porto Rotondo will be the glittering setting of the Nautical Fair, an event that attracts sea enthusiasts and nautical professionals from all over the world. Admission is free for all days of the event, offering visitors and onlookers the chance to explore over 150 exhibitors along the marina's idyllic quays.

 

Among the protagonists are illustrious names such as Garmin, Gruppo Navico, Lowrance, Simrad and C-Map, who will present the latest in navigation and marine equipment. Italy, with a special focus on superyacht production, confirms its world leadership with 600 units currently under construction, showcasing the best Italian shipyards such as Azimut-Benetti, Sanlorenzo and Ferretti. The Fair will showcase the best Italian, Sardinian and, for the first time, international shipbuilding production.

An edition that stands out for its focus on the future of the planet, with a central theme concentrating on sustainability: 'A Techno-Green Fair for a Sustainable Future'. There is no shortage of initiatives to enhance human capital, such as the announcement of the new degree course in Naval Engineering in Olbia, available from next year, in cooperation with the University of Cagliari and UniOlbia.

 

In addition to the technological yachts, the evening 'Insula' programme will enrich each day with the best of Sardinian cuisine, crafts, and culture, celebrating the island's deep connection with the sea.

 

The highlight days will see a series of thematic talks, from techno-green solutions for boating to strategies for nautical tourism, and there will also be moments of entertainment such as fashion shows and musical performances.

 

The Porto Rotondo Nautical Fair confirms itself as an essential appointment for all those who live from the sea and for those who wish to discover the countless opportunities that this sector has to offer.
